ご挨拶

愛知県豊橋市は古くから繊維業が盛んな地で、戦後には帆前掛けの製造が最盛期を迎えました。その時期に帆前掛け生地の織機を1台購入した祖父が立ち上げた会社が「間瀬織布工場」です。その後、織機の台数を増やしながら、帆前掛けの生地を織る工場として、祖父から父へ、父から私へ受け継がれました。
帆前掛けの需要の減少と機械の老朽化が起き、織物事業は撤退しましたが、現在は工場の一部であった縫製業を主として、帆前掛けや祭り半纏、祭り衣装、地場産の生地を使ったかばんなどを製造しています。
三河地方の生地の良さと地元文化を後世に伝えるため、これまでに培われた技術を継承しつつ、
新しい商品を作り出すことに力を入れています。

In Toyohashi, it has long been a center of the textile industry, and in 1950's, this area became famous for "Homaekake" aprons. My grandfather founded "Mase Shokufu Factory" in 1956 with just one loom for weaving aprons and grew the factory by adding more looms. The factory has passed down to my father, and to me. Due to declining demand and aging machines, we closed the textile factory and focused on sewing operation. We've been manufacturing "Homaekake", "Hanten" festival jackets & costumes, and bags made of locally produced fabrics. We are now focused creating something new while inheriting the techniques that have been cultivated over the years.

創業以来、製造を続けている硫化染めの帆前掛け。豊橋産の帆前掛け生地を使用し、会社の名前やロゴを白で抜き、地色を紺色で染め、オレンジと白の紐を取り付けて完成します。
豊橋市内の染め屋さんで前掛けを染め、豊橋産の腰ひもを弊社で縫製して納品いたします。
短寸やポケット付きなど帆前掛けの仕様をお選びいただけます。また、ロゴデザインのお手伝いやロゴのデータ化も承っております。

Since our founding, we have continued to manufacture sulfur-dyed canvas aprons. Using locally produced canvas fabric, dyeing the aprons at local dye shop, in navy blue with company name and/or logo outlined in white, and we sew locally made orange and white waist cords before delivery. Various specifications are available (e.g. length, adding pockets, etc.). We also offer logo design assistance and logo digitization services. Please feel free to contact us for details and a quote.

天竺や丸紡、三河木綿・刺し子生地を使用した硫化染め、または反応染めの印半纏の製造を行っております。近隣の染め屋さんへ染めの発注を行い、弊社で裁断と縫製を行い、納品いたします。
半纏の他に腹掛けや股引の縫製も承っております。
また、背大紋や半纏の柄のデザインのお手伝いやロゴのデータ化も承っております。

かばんと小物

帆前掛けの生地や半纏の製造で使用する三河木綿・刺し子生地を使い、生地の良さを身近に体験していただくために、普段使いのできる、かばんや小物を自社でデザインして製造しています。オンラインショップで販売している商品、また、店頭でもお買い上げいただける商品がございます。

Using "homaekake" canvas and Sashiko fabrics, the same materials used for aprons and festival jackets, we design and manufacture everyday bags and accessories in-house so that people can experience the quality of these fabrics firsthand. We sell them at our online store. Some of our products are available for purchase at our store.

We offer a tailoring service to transform your neighborhood association or festival group's tenugui (hand towel) or your favorite fabric into drawstring bags, chiyo-gake (shoulder pouch), bamboo tote bags, or koi-kuchi shirts. Some products are available for monogram (name embroidered to the products). You can order them from our online store.

当社の商品に少しアレンジを加えたい、サイズを大きくしたい、肩紐を付けてほしいなどのご要望にお応えします。生地や色をお選びいただき、一から製作することも可能です（ご要望にお応えできない場合もございます）。お気軽にご相談くださいませ。

We can accommodate requests to slightly modify our products (e.g. size change,add shoulder straps, etc.) We can also create items from scratch based on your choice of fabric and color (please note that we may not be able to fulfill all requests). Please feel free to contact us.

愛知県豊橋市は古くから繊維業が盛んな地で、戦後には帆前掛けの製造が最盛期を迎えました。その時期に帆前掛け生地の織機1台から祖父が立ち上げた会社が「間瀬織布工場」です。その後織機の台数が増えて、帆前掛けの生地を織る工場として、祖父から父へ、父から息子へ受け継がれました。

帆前掛け生地の生産と縫製を行いながら、2代目の父が地元の祭り町内向けに、印半纏と祭り衣装の縫製を始めました。東三河地方は伝統花火、手筒花火を祭りで放揚する地域で、綿業が盛んな三河地方で織られる三河木綿の丸紡生地や、刺し子織りの生地を使った半纏の需要が高かったため、半纏と祭り衣装の縫製技術を学び、半纏に加え腹掛けや股引の縫製依頼を受けるようになりました。

帆前掛けと印半纏の縫製技術をもとに、3代目である現在の代表が自分の祭り好きが高じて、祭り衣装に合う袋物を半纏のあまり生地で作ったことをきっかけに、祭り小物や日常的に使えるかばんをデザイン・縫製して販売するようになりました。

帆前掛けの生地を織る工場は需要の減少と機械の老朽化によりたたんでしまいましたが、現在は帆前掛けと印半纏の縫製と卸売事業および、かばんなどデザイン・縫製・販売を行う小売事業を運営しています。
代表と弟の2人が裁断と縫製を行い、妹が販売を行う3人体制の小さな会社ですが、少量生産だからこそできる、丁寧な縫製と伝統生地を使ったユニークな商品を長く愛用してもらえるように、皆さまにお届けしています。
